OWGS, LLC makes no expressed or implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. These products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in aesthetics, color, shade, finish, hardness, strength resistance, density etc.

Natural stone maybe characterized by dry seams, pits, fissures, fossils.  In polished, leathered, flamed and honed stones, these areas are often filled at the factory. In rustic or tumbles stones as well as with some honed limestone’s, these are often filled with grout at the factory and during installation.

In these instances, it may be necessary to fill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. We recommend the use of a sealer for all natural stone applications

All of the above qualities are inherent in the nature of the produce are not to be considered latent defects.

*Buyers waive their right to confirm slabs after 7 calendar days from day of contact.

*Slab view appointment is available between 8am-3pm Monday – Friday.

*Appointment is for viewing current available lot. Not for browsing, hand picking or planning individual slabs.

*OWGS, LLC reserves the right to final fabrication layout, seam locations and other production considerations.

*Slab reservation is final. Builder’s deposit is non-refundable

*Any changes in slab reservation or additional appointment is chargeable at $150 per occurrence

*Slab colors out of program is custom priced
